Christian Missions
Taking Christ to the Nations
As a member church of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS), we believe that there is no salvation outside of Jesus Christ. He himself proclaimed: “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me,” John 14:6.
Taking Jesus’ words seriously, we carry out an extensive program of mission work - in the United States and Canada, and also thorughout the world.
At the present (January, 2003) we support 167 missions in the United States and Canada, and 595 mission stations in other parts of the world. Some of these missions are described below so that you can lift up their needs in prayer to the throne of God in heaven.
