Costume Party/Carnival
Each year we host a special costume party for the children of our congregation. It had its humble beginings in the days when safety concerns arose over the annual “trick-or-treat” traditions of Halloween. It has continued as a much anticipated activity for our children.
In addition to the fun costumes worn by both children and adults, a major component of the event is the series of games and activities for children of all ages. These are similar to what you may find at a county fair, complete with prizes for the children to win.
Tickets for the events are sold but the cost is minimal so that every child can participate.If you have children, you will appreciate the fun activities and the safety of the celebration.
